storage fees

I have been trying to get hold of our record label regarding sales of our album Lossleader, (which is officially in the top 50,000 albums ever made of all time). I received a letter today saying we owe them £52 pounds for ongoing storage fees for the remaining CDs. Obviously a mistake, but I need to be on top of the admin. Rule 1 - feel the music. Rule 2 - do the admin!
