scratched
I was in my local charity shop at the weekend. It's the place where I scout for black suits to wear on stage. I always have a look for ornaments and CDs too - I like to buy them, but they're often scratched. To my surprise, I found Eight Rounds Rapid Lossleader on the shelf between Robbie Williams and Steps! Its unbelievable to be mentioned in the same breath as them. I bought it, obviously, but as I predicted it was really, really scratched. Probably just overplayed.

Went to the local music shop earlier to browse the instruments. The music shop has a lovely smell of new wood and plastics and it is a heady mix that always gets my creative juices going about music and songs with all the instruments.
