music shop

Went to the local music shop earlier to browse the instruments. The music shop has a lovely smell of new wood and plastics and it is a heady mix that always gets my creative juices going about music and songs with all the instruments. Someone in there said they had seen me playing with the guys and we had a chat and chewed the fat about the scene. I think he was really excited to have met me off the stage. It’s good to be approachable really. I could have just taunted him and looked down my nose at him without saying a single word, but that's not my style. I think I probably inspired him in that conversation to be a better musician. I tried to embrace him at the end, but he declined and I understand that. It happens.
